Checkbook Assistant for the G1 Google Phone is a checkbook register that is electronic. You can enter deposits, withdrawals and other checking transactions. You can save your cleared entries to a text file in Android devices with a SD card, and copied to a PC using a USB cable. There is a built in Help for details.

“Checkbook Assistant” is now called “Checkbook Genius”. The application was renamed because of a conflict with another much older program of the same name. The same great features are still there, though, and other enhancements are being considered for future versions. The developer deeply apologizes to folks in Android Nation for any inconvenience!
